MAU stands for Monthly Active Users. It represents the number of unique users who interact with your app within a month. This is a key metric to understand the engagement and reach of your app. Typically, a well-engaged app sees around 20-30% of its total downloads as MAUs, although this can vary based on the app's nature and user retention strategies.


MAU Overage Rate is a fee applied when the number of active users exceeds the limit set by your current plan. This ensures you can continue to serve all your users seamlessly, even if your user base grows beyond your plan’s capacity.

For example, if you have the Basic Plan with a limit of 1,000 MAUs and you reach 1,100 MAUs, you will be charged an additional fee for the 100 extra users at the rate specified in your plan.
